*PREFACE BY MICHELA ZANARELLA (and Author)

Poetry like Doing Soul in the computer age?

Never before has poetry been more important than in this particular historical context. The word as an essential tool to 'make soul', to start from the small things that surround us, from the values that make everything pure and authentic. In the digital age and the social era in which we are projected towards appearing at all costs, poetry keeps beauty alive, gives emotions, elevates the spirit and the body.

An autobiographical zoom?

After thirteen collections of poetry, one of which is in the English edition and the other in the Romanian edition, I can consider myself satisfied with every little step. Poetry gave me the opportunity to know myself and to get in touch with others. I was lucky enough to be translated into several languages, including Arabic and Chinese. I believe that going beyond national borders allows us to have a broader view of what exists in the literary world. If you combine poetry with music, theatre and the arts in general, everything takes on an even deeper value.  You grow every day, you never stop learning, that's why I try to pick up teachings everywhere.

Dynamism (Dinanimismo...), your personal vision?

Bringing art closer to man is not an easy or obvious task. Poetry is an expression of the soul, but to understand it it is necessary to prepare oneself to listen. Dynanimism is an avant-garde movement that stimulates critical reflection on the changes in society, while maintaining the values of creativity, of feeling that is within each of us.  Being part of it means being the active voice of an original project, open to confrontation, dialogue and the future: being part of a changing time.

How do you imagine the future of poetry?

I imagine poetry as an incandescent magma in continuous evolution. No one can stop the course of words: perhaps expressions, language, techniques, ways, intentions will change, but it will always count the emotion that comes, intuition. It will always be a life that is renewed every time.

What is the soul suggesting to you at this moment?

The soul constantly asks me for listening, meditation, silence. And poetry needs just that.
