Michelle Hanlon, Bernard Foing, Tom Matula, Patrick Collins and Rick Tumlinson gave a beautiful contribute to the space renaissance on Planet Earth and beyond! Many other space activist friends, including Arthur Woods, Jerry Stone, Sam Coniglio, took briefly the floor during the final discussion.
Michelle gave the first speech, talking about a very controversial topic: space law, as we can see it in view of what it was called "new race to the Moon".
"States are a function of law, not viceversa", said Michelle. Law and state should help the civilian space development, not to hinder. Law should establish rules to allow space industrialization in freedom, reciprocal respect, and protection of the investements.
Governments should help this process, in the frame of international, global, collaboration. Always keeping in mind that persons will go there, not "states". Communities will be born and raise on the Moon and Cislunar space region. States should facilitate and harmonize such an epical social process.
